• What do I need to be able to accept card payments in my store?
  To receive card payments, you need both a card terminal and an acquiring agreement. Both are available via Worldline. With our smart package solution, Worldline One, you get both an acquiring agreement and a card terminal in the same package. • Which cards can I accept with Worldline's card terminal?
  It depends on your acquirer. If you have an acquiring agreement via Worldline, you can receive card payments from the largest card networks: Visa, Mastercard (incl. Maestro), JCB, Union Pay, Diners International & Discover. It is also possible to add American Express.
  
• How much does it cost to rent a card terminal from Worldline?
  It depends on whether you choose a wireless or a stationary card terminal. Regardless of which terminal you choose, no start-up fees will be added.
  
• Is there a binding period for renting a card terminal via Worldline?
  Yes, a 36-month binding period applies to all our payment terminals. If you choose our package solution, Worldline One, the binding period is 24 months.
  
• How long does it take to get started after my order?
  It's quick to get started with Worldline! Usually you receive your package within 24 hours from your order. The terminal arrives completely preconfigured, so then you can just connect and start accepting payments.
  
• How fast do I receive my payouts?
  It depends on your acquirer If you have an acquiring agreement via Worldline, you can in most cases receive your money the next banking day.
  
• What happens if my terminal stops working?
  In most cases, our skilled customer service can solve the problem at once. If they are not able to help you, we will send a new replacement terminal within 24 hours, completely free of charge.
  
• Can I offer contactless payments with Worldline's terminals?
  Yes, our terminals are equipped to handle payment methods that use Near Field Communication (NFC), which gives you the ability to offer contactless payments (blip), Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Android Pay.
  
• I need to rent a terminal for a limited time, can I do it via Worldline?
  Yes, Worldline offers short-term rental of terminals which is a perfect solution if, for example, you need to accept payments at a trade fair, open a pop-up shop or simply need an extra terminal during the high season. If you choose our Worldline One solution, you get both an acquiring agreement and a card terminal in the same package.
