How do I know if there is a disruption with my payment solution?

  • If there are confirmed incidents or disruptions with any of our payment solutions, you can see it via a purple popup box on this page which describes the disruption and current status.
  • If you do not see a purple box, we currently have no confirmed incidents or disruptions.
  • You can always see historical information about previous disruptions and live status on the page onlinestatus.bambora.com. Here you can also choose to subscribe to these types of updates directly to your email.
  • Contact support by email or phone if you suspect an ongoing incident or disruption that has not yet been confirmed.
